A Commercial General
Contracting company needs to hire an individual familiar with running and
organizing all accounting facets for construction projects.
Responsibilities will include:
Accounts Payable/ Receivable
Organizing contracts to subs, PO’s, change orders, and invoices
Process Draw Requests
Quickbook Data Entry
Reconcile financials
Compile data for Profit and loss statement on each project
Administrative Work
Organizational skills and multi-tasking skills a must. Must have an attitude of
teamwork and the ability to help with any job. Strong interpersonal skills are
required.

As many of you know, there is a job fair today at the State Museum from 11 am to 4 pm. Today also marks the first day of WISTV's Virtual Job Fair. The Virtual Job Fair will be "open" for a week, ending on the 10th. To participate in the Virtual Job Fair, you need an electronic resume that you can upload and you need to register as a user. Home Depot is hiring in 130 positions in their West Columbia distribution center.

The Home Depot said its employee benefits include medical, dental and vision

Saxe Gotha Presbyterian Church will host evening training sessions for those interested in working part-time for the US Census Bureau in 2010. Limit 15 per class. Must be 18 to apply. MSCE/Network Engineer II
Job Duties/Responsibilities: Candidate will troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise with laboratory or fielded Windows systems as part of a 15-person technical team. He/She will troubleshoot fielded systems; test new systems/configurations in a lab environment; actively participate in technical meetings; and communicate technical knowledge and direction through briefs including Requirements Specification, System Design Documents, Test Plans/Reports, and other documentation. Annual travel expected up to 20%, including possible extended overseas travel.
Education/Experience Requirements: A High school diploma or GED and at least four (4+) years of experience administering Windows Server 2003, including Active Directory, DNS, Exchange 2000/2003/2008, System Anti-Virus, and System Backup and Restore are required. A MCSE 2000 or 2003 certification is REQUIRED. Additional certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, Network+, Security+) OR Linux/Unix experience are preferred, but not required. Candidate must be comfortable performing systems administration and design in a multi-site enterprise environment and may be asked to perform software engineering, testing, and documentation duties. He/She must demonstrate proficiency with network communications, including SMTP, DNS, NTP, HTTP/HTTPS, and basic TCP/IP networking. Candidate selected will be subject to a Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
